GrowCircle Academy Announces 6-Week Growth Accelerator Programme for Leaders Ready to Build Capacity for their Next Level
GrowCircle Academy, in collaboration with Maxwell Leadership, has announced the 2026 Growth Accelerator Programme (GAP), a six-weekend leadership and capacity-building experience designed to help professionals, entrepreneurs and emerging leaders move from potential to strategic leadership visibility, stronger systems and measurable execution.
Scheduled for 21 August to 27 September 2026, the programme is built around the realities of growth: having a clear vision is important, but turning that vision into sustainable results requires leadership capacity, strategic thinking, structure and accountability.
The Growth Accelerator Programme will take participants through an intentional journey focused on executive leadership capacity, strategic clarity, growth and strategic execution, systems thinking and accountability.
Rather than positioning growth as simply a matter of working harder, GAP is designed to help participants examine the structures and leadership decisions that determine whether growth can actually be achieved and sustained.
A major focus of the programme is next-level capacity.
For many senior professionals and business owners, the challenge is not necessarily a lack of ideas. It is knowing what moves the needle,how not to seen as capable for the next level, how to build systems around growing responsibilities and how to remain accountable for results.
The six-week experience is therefore designed to provide participants with practical frameworks and guided coaching to help them approach these challenges more deliberately.
Participants will also become part of a catalytic community of growth-minded individuals, creating opportunities for peer learning, shared experiences, accountability and meaningful connections beyond the programme itself.
The collaboration with Maxwell Leadership brings an established leadership-development perspective to the programme, while Growcircle Academy brings its focus on personal and professional growth.
The programme is being convened by Tosin Akinsulire, founder of Growcircle Academy, transformation coach and business leader. Akinsulire brings experience from the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, where she has worked across multinational organisations in areas including sales, marketing, growth strategy and leadership.
Her experience in building growth strategies and developing people has informed the work of Growcircle Academy and its broader leadership-development initiatives.
Through the Growth Accelerator Programme, the academy is extending that work into a structured experience for individuals who are ready to take their next step in leadership and professional growth.
