The Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation (HAOF) has unveiled its strategic priorities for 2026, reinforcing its commitment to developing leaders, uplifting student innovators, and celebrating humanitarian excellence across Nigeria.

Founded by humanitarian advocate Emmanuel Anabueze, HAOF has steadily built a reputation for grassroots impact and transformative programs. For the year ahead, the foundation has outlined three flagship initiatives aimed at inclusive growth and societal recognition.

The first initiative, Empower Her Voice Conference, remains a cornerstone of HAOF’s agenda. This annual mentorship and advocacy platform for women and young girls is set to inspire leadership engagement and empowerment nationwide, aligning with global gender equity goals.

Another key focus will be the SESEI Conference, a vibrant platform designed to equip student entrepreneurs with mentorship opportunities, visibility, and startup grants, helping translate ideas into sustainable ventures that benefit communities and drive economic growth.

Completing the trio of flagship programmes is the Nigeria Humanitarian Awards & Magazine, a prestigious initiative established to recognize individuals, organisations, and institutions that demonstrate exceptional service and impact through humanitarian efforts. This platform aims to elevate and celebrate changemakers dedicated to national progress.

Commenting on the announcement, Emmanuel Anabueze reaffirmed HAOF’s mission for 2026: “We will amplify voices, provide mentorship, and honour excellence in service. By supporting youth, women, and humanitarian leaders, HAOF continues to cultivate integrity-driven, purpose-led leadership across Nigeria.”

Through these focused programmes, HAOF hopes to inspire a new generation of leaders and contributors to national development — strengthening human capacity and empowering changemakers across sectors in Nigeria.
