CHINEMEREM BLESSING WEALTH TO LAUNCH DEBUT BOOK ON WHOLENESS, IDENTITY AND PURPOSE

CHINEMEREM BLESSING WEALTH

After more than a decade of creating spaces where women can learn, grow, heal and become more confident in who they are, Chinemerem Blessing Wealth is taking another step in that journey with the launch of her debut book, Spirit, Soul & Body: A Handbook on Wholeness.

The book, which will officially launch on August 22, is a practical, faith-based resource created to help young women navigate some of the questions and pressures that often come with growing into adulthood — identity, self-worth, emotional wellbeing, relationships, resilience and purpose. The launch will also mark the official unveiling of the Spirit, Soul & Body (S.S.B.) Project.

For Wealth, however, the book is more than a new publication.

It brings together years of conversations, teaching, mentoring and personal experiences that have shaped her work with women and girls.

Wealth is the Founder and Visionary of TCW Academy Ltd, a developmental platform committed to equipping women and girls to rediscover their identity, strengthen resilience, rebuild with confidence and fulfil their God-given purpose. Over the years, she has created and led platforms including the Total Woman Conference, which has now held nine editions and reached more than 1,000 women through conferences, mentoring initiatives and digital teaching.

Her work has consistently centred on helping women understand themselves and navigate life with greater clarity and confidence.

The inspiration behind Spirit, Soul & Body is also deeply personal. Wealth has spoken about her own journey of healing and restoration and how her experience of God’s transforming grace shaped her understanding of wholeness.

According to her, many young women are bright, capable and gifted, yet quietly struggle with questions about who they are, what they are worth, their relationships, emotional wellbeing and what the future holds. She believes that some of the challenges women face are not necessarily because they lack ability, but because their sense of identity has been affected.

It is this gap that the book seeks to address.

Rather than focusing only on inspiration, Spirit, Soul & Body looks at the different areas that contribute to a young woman’s development and encourages readers to pay attention to the whole person, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically.

The book explores issues including identity, self-awareness, emotional resilience, healthy relationships, personal values, purpose and practical life skills. It is designed as a resource young women can return to as they navigate different seasons of their lives.
The book also forms part of a larger vision.

Through the S.S.B. Project, Wealth plans to take the conversations beyond the pages of the handbook through teaching sessions, reflective exercises, discussions, mentoring and a three-hour workshop focused on identity, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, resilience, healthy relationships, values, purpose discovery and practical life skills.

The project is primarily focused on girls and young women between the ages of 15 and 25, particularly those in secondary schools, with a target of reaching at least 1,000 young women across several Nigerian cities and the United Kingdom over the next 18 months.

TCW Academy also plans to work with schools, churches, youth organisations and community groups, while developing a network of mentors who can continue supporting participants beyond the initial workshops.

For Wealth, this is important because the goal is not simply to put a book in the hands of young women and hope for the best.

She wants the book to become a starting point for conversations, reflection, mentoring and continued growth.

“The handbook is the foundation, but it is only the beginning,” she said, emphasising that transformation requires more than inspiration; it requires ongoing support and application.

That approach is consistent with the work Wealth has been doing for years.

Through the Total Woman Conference and the Total Woman Community, she has continued to create spaces where women can pray, learn, ask questions and grow together. Through Mending Bridges, the faith-based community she leads, she has also combined spiritual encouragement with practical service, reaching young people and families in underserved communities through initiatives such as Jewels on the Street.

Her work has therefore continued to move between personal development, faith, service and social impact.

Now, Spirit, Soul & Body brings many of those conversations into one place.

For Wealth, the August 22 launch is not simply the beginning of her journey as an author. It is another expression of a body of work she has been building for more than a decade, one focused on helping women understand that their past, circumstances or the opinions of others do not have to determine who they become.

And as she launches her debut book, that message is taking on a new form: one young woman, one conversation and one chapter at a time.
