Kingdom Marriage Conference 2026 Set to Equip Couples to Become “Partners in Purpose”
At a time when many marriages are navigating increasing pressures from shifting cultural values, demanding careers, financial responsibilities, and the fast pace of modern life, Christian leaders are calling couples back to God’s original design for marriage. Beyond building successful homes, they believe couples must rediscover marriage as a partnership through which God fulfills His purposes and impacts generations.
Following the success of its inaugural conference in 2025, themed “Building Marriages That Last: Returning to God’s Original Blueprint,” Kingdom Marriage Conference (KMC) returns on Saturday, July 18, 2026, with an even deeper conversation. This year’s theme, “Partners in Purpose: Marriage as a Platform for Kingdom Assignment,” builds on last year’s call to establish strong biblical foundations by challenging couples to see marriage not only as a covenant to preserve but also as a Kingdom assignment to steward.
Convened by Mr. Victor Ayoola and Mrs. Deborah Ayoola, Kingdom Marriage Conference is an annual initiative of The Godly Marriage Tribe, a ministry committed to equipping singles, engaged couples, and married couples with biblical principles and practical tools for building healthy, Christ-centred, and purpose-driven marriages.
Reflecting on this year’s conference, Victor Ayoola said many Christian couples have built stable homes but have never intentionally explored the purpose behind their union.
“Marriage is one of God’s greatest institutions, but it was never designed to exist for the benefit of two people alone. When a husband and wife understand that they are partners in purpose, their home becomes a platform through which God advances His Kingdom, transforms lives, and leaves a lasting legacy. That is the conversation we want to have at this year’s conference.”
Deborah Ayoola noted that while many couples genuinely desire healthy marriages, they often lack opportunities for honest conversations, biblical mentorship, and practical guidance for navigating everyday realities.
“We have seen how intentional teaching, community, and discipleship can strengthen marriages. Our desire is for every couple who attends this conference to leave with a renewed understanding of God’s purpose for their marriage and practical steps for building a home that reflects Christ in every season of life.”
The conference will feature keynote teaching, panel discussions, worship, networking, and interactive conversations designed to help participants strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, cultivate a shared vision, and build marriages that reflect God’s heart.
Delivering the keynote address is Pastor Funmi Olubakin, a published author, certified marriage coach, professional counsellor, and Co-Lead Pastor of Supernatural Life Church Global. Through her ministry, Life of Bliss, Pastor Funmi has equipped thousands of singles, intending couples, and married couples with practical wisdom for building healthy and enduring marriages. She is also the convener of Blissful Wives Club and the author of eight books focused on marriage, family, and purposeful living.
The conference will also feature an engaging panel discussion with Mr. and Mrs. Sho (Gbemiga and Christina Soname), respected family life practitioners, relationship coaches, counsellors, and authors. Widely known for their practical and faith-based approach to relationships, they have impacted countless singles and couples through counselling, coaching, conferences, and resources such as The Countdown Devotional and the Countdown to Your Big Day Bootcamp. Their session will provide practical insights on building marriages that remain healthy, resilient, and purpose-driven through every season of life.
Guiding the day’s conversations is Debby-Julie Tosan, an international event host, writer, and speaker celebrated for creating engaging and meaningful experiences. Her thoughtful moderation will help participants connect deeply with the conversations while creating space for learning, reflection, and practical application.
According to the conveners, Kingdom Marriage Conference is not simply another marriage event but a discipleship movement that seeks to raise couples who see their homes as places where faith is lived out daily, children are intentionally discipled, and communities are transformed through godly families.
